Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Procurement Agility Consultant to drive procurement excellence and accelerate sourcing initiatives across indirect spend. You will coordinate cross-functional teams with Category Managers, Finance, IT, and Legal to improve governance, reporting, and project delivery.

The role emphasizes process standardization, technology enablement, and change management to deliver value while maintaining policy adherence. Independent work across multiple streams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in procurement, category management or related roles.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CPSM, Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple procurement initiatives across indirect spend categories.
• Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, risk logs, and status updates.
• Standardize procurement processes, templates and governance across the org.
• Develop dashboards, executive summaries, and KPI reporting for leadership.
