Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Procurement Agility Manager (Indirect) in Richmond, VA to drive multiple procurement initiatives and partner with Category Managers and senior leadership. You will manage project plans, governance, and reporting while advancing procurement automation and process discipline.

The role requires 8+ years in procurement or project mgmt with strong stakeholder engagement and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred.
• 8+ years in procurement, sourcing or project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and governance.
• Certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CPSM, Agile) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple indirect spend initiatives with strong program mgmt discipline.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risks, and status reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
• Facilitate reviews, issue resolution and governance.
• Drive process standardization and agile adoption across teams.
• Provide executive dashboards and KPI summaries.
