Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Procurement Administrator to execute day-to-day procure-to-pay activities within our Shared Services model. You will convert approved requisitions into purchase orders, manage PO changes, maintain vendor data, and support internal requestors on P2P tools and procedures.

This on-site role requires 4+ days per week at one of our production facilities, with Melrose Park, IL priority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year in Procurement or Shared Services.
• Familiarity with SAP SRM or similar procurement systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive approved purchase requisitions and execute transactions in a timely manner.
• Validate purchase orders for completeness and correctness to minimize errors.
• Release reviewed purchase orders to suppliers.
• Create and maintain vendor master data in the ERP system.
• Track and monitor purchase orders and changes to delivery date, price, and quantity.
• Order confirmation maintenance in SAP with suppliers.
• Coordinate delivery monitoring with suppliers and internal teams.
• Handle price/quantity differences and ensure PO approvals per rules.
• Support training for local requestors on procurement tools and processes.
