Job summary

X-energy LLC in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, is hiring a Procurement Administrator to manage end-to-end purchasing for the TRISO-X program. You will source suppliers, negotiate terms, and administer purchase agreements to keep the facility on schedule and within budget.

You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams, ensure compliance with DOE/NQA-1 standards, and maintain organized procurement records for audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; experience may substitute.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Typically five years of procurement/contracts administration experience.
• Experience in negotiations.
• Experience with federal purchasing procedures, and/or knowledge of commercial procurements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue RFPs for purchases and vendor selection in compliance with policies.
• Respond to requisitions with multiple vendors and vendor selection analysis.
• Identify distinct requirements, provisions, and terms for vendor agreements.
• Disseminate procurement status and compliance information to stakeholders.
• Review vendor performance and invoices for accuracy; facilitate approvals.
• Resolve issues with customers and vendors.
• Generate and negotiate change orders and modifications as needed.
• Maintain approved vendor list and EPL/Denied Parties checks.
• Support company proposal efforts as necessary.
• Maintain procurement policies and documentation; ensure filing is organized and compliant.
• Execute core tasks for moderate to large purchases with minimal supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
