Responsibilities include reporting, audits, and dashboards, with cross-functional coordination across procurement and accounts payable teams. This role offers hybrid work in Boston within a large healthcare and public services organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procure-to-pay, procurement, or accounts payable operations
• Prior experience supervising or managing procurement or payables teams
• Experience with ERP, procurement, or contract management systems preferred

• Supervise and support procurement and payables staff, ensuring workloads are balanced and deadlines are met

• Analyze data and prepare routine operational reports and dashboards
