Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources is seeking a Business Analyst II to support Corporate Finance with Procure-to-Pay and non-PO invoice processing across development projects. You'll work with developers, ISC, accounting, and financial analysts to ensure accurate financial coding and timely PO management.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and the ability to handle large workloads while contributing to process improvements and efficient cost tracking.

Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED.
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience.
• Experience: 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Process non-PO invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding.
• Collaborate to create and maintain purchase orders and resolve PO issues.
• Support month-end close activities, including vendor accruals.
• Ensure accurate project, GL, and cost-category coding for reporting.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and payment processing as needed.
• Provide insights from invoice/PO data to improve Procure-to-Pay processes.
