Job summary

BLVD Electric Inc. is seeking a Procore Specialist/Integrator to lead a full setup and optimization of our Procore platform in a contract-based role. You will migrate existing jobs and contacts, connect Procore with QuickBooks and other systems, and train staff to maximize Procore usage across projects.

The role focuses on implementing configurations, permissions, reporting, and templates to streamline construction management processes and improve data integrity.

Qualifications

• Procore Administrator, Specialist, or Integrator with construction experience.
• Experience with API integrations and data migration.
• Procore Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Procore across projects.
• Migrate job and contact information into Procore.
• Integrate Procore with QuickBooks, ERP systems, and other software.
• Set up user permissions and access for the team.
• Develop templates, workflows, and dashboards in Procore.
• Train project teams on Procore workflows and new setup.
