Job summary

ARCO National Holdings in Dallas is seeking a Construction Application Analyst to optimize our enterprise technology landscape, focusing on Procore and its integrations. You will own system performance, partner with business leaders outside IT, and leverage APIs, iPaaS, and Power BI to deliver solutions that keep project teams efficient.

You will lead continuous improvement projects, gather business requirements for dashboards, and coordinate with other technology teams to enable construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree focused on business and computers.
• Some AI experience and fluency required.
• 2-4 years in business analysis, system implementation and support.
• Experience with cloud-based applications and working with developers.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and solve complex issues.
• Ability to communicate with non-IT departments and build relationships.
• Self-starter with vision to improve processes through technology.
• Familiarity with accounting practices in construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of Enterprise construction applications such as Procore and integrations.
• Provide system monitoring, end-user support, priority issue resolution and future enhancement requests.
• Monitor, fix bugs and drive CI projects with application integrations.
• Assist with training and documentation materials.
• Partner with Technology teams to deliver solutions for Construction Operations and integrations.
• Research system advancements, prepare proposals and drive development with iPaaS, RaaS, APIs, Postman.
• Coordinate and help gather business requirements to build Power BI dashboards.
• Approach problems entrepreneurially with urgency and structured planning.
