Job summary

ARCO, a family of construction companies, is seeking a Construction Application Analyst who will optimize our enterprise technology landscape, including Procore and its integrations, and partner with business leaders outside IT to deliver efficient solutions.

You will monitor systems, drive automation, build Power BI dashboards, and lead cross-functional projects using iPaaS, APIs, Postman, and RaaS. A startup mindset with a structured approach will help ARCO reach the next level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus on business and computers.
• 2-4 years of non-supervisory technical experience in business analysis, system implementation and support.
• Experience leading continuous improvement projects with cloud applications.
• Ability to solve complex technical issues via root cause analysis.
• Experience with cloud system implementation and support.
• Ability to communicate with other departments outside IT.
• Self-starter with vision to drive ARCO forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of Enterprise construction applications such as Procore and integrations.
• Provide system monitoring and end-user support; prioritize and resolve issues.
• Monitor, fix bugs and lead CI projects with application integrations.
• Assist with training and documentation materials.
• Partner with Technology teams to deliver solutions and products supporting Construction Operations.
• Research system advancements and drive proposals using iPaaS, RaaS, APIs, Postman.
• Coordinate and help gather business requirements to build Power BI dashboards.
• Use entrepreneurial approach with urgency, while maintaining a disciplined process.
