Job summary

ARCO/Murray, a leading construction company, seeks a Construction Application Analyst in Nashville to optimize enterprise tech including Procore and integrations. You will own system performance, partner with business leaders outside IT, and leverage APIs, iPaaS, and Power BI to deliver scalable solutions for project teams.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurship, continuous improvement, and driving automation across construction operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business and computers or related field.
Some AI experience and fluency is required.
2-4 years of non-supervisory technical experience in business analysis, system implementation and support.

Responsibilities

Lead technical aspects of Enterprise construction applications such as Procore and integrations.
Provide system monitoring and end-user support; prioritize issues and gather enhancement requests.
Monitor, fix bugs and drive CI/CD style improvements for applications and integrations.
Create training and documentation materials for users.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver solutions across systems.
Research construction tech advancements and propose integrations with iPaaS, APIs, and Postman.
Gather business requirements to build Power BI dashboards.
Apply entrepreneurial, structured problem solving to ARCO initiatives.
