Job summary

ARCO is seeking a Construction Application Analyst to optimize our enterprise technology stack, including Procore and its integrations. You will own system performance, collaborate with leaders outside IT, and leverage APIs, iPaaS, and Power BI to build solutions that keep project teams efficient.

You will lead monitoring, support, and continuous improvement initiatives, partner with other tech teams, and help gather requirements to deliver scalable, value‑adding technology across Construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree focused on business and computing.
• 2–4 years of non-supervisory tech experience in business analysis and system support.
• Experience leading continuous improvement projects with cloud-based apps.
• Ability to solve complex issues via root cause analysis.
• Communicate effectively with non-IT departments (Safety, Legal, Accounting).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of Enterprise construction applications such as Procore and integrations.
• Provide system monitoring and end-user support for Operations systems.
• Identify and prioritize enhancements and bug fixes across integrations.
• Create training and documentation materials.
• Develop Power BI dashboards with business partners.
