Job summary

ARCO/Murray is seeking a Construction Application Analyst to optimize Procore-based workflows, monitor systems, and drive automation using APIs and iPaaS integrations. You will collaborate with business leaders outside IT and build Power BI dashboards to support operations.

The role requires 2–4 years in business analysis and cloud implementations, with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-department collaboration. Location-dependent base compensation is typical for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business and computers or related field.
• Some AI experience and fluency with AI concepts.
• 2–4 years of non-supervisory technical experience in business analysis, system implementation and support.
• Experience leading continuous improvement projects with cloud-based apps and collaborating with developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of Enterprise construction applications such as Procore and its integrations.
• Provide system monitoring and end-user support; prioritize and resolve issues; identify future enhancement requests.
• Monitor, fix bugs and lead improvement projects with application integrations.
• Assist with creation of training and documentation materials.
• Collab with Technology teams to deliver solutions and products for Construction Operations.
• Research system advancements, prepare proposals, drive development with iPaaS, APIs, and Postman.
• Coordinate and help build Power BI dashboards with business stakeholders.
