Job summary

Amazon’s Worldwide Grocery Stores is seeking a Procore Administrator for WWRGD Store Development. You will own the Procore platform used to plan, build, and operate hundreds of grocery stores across North America, acting as the functional domain owner rather than a helpdesk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field.
• Experience with MS Excel, VBA, SQL, Data Warehouse or BI tools and data visualization such as Tableau.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs.
• Experience performing data analysis and troubleshooting data integrity issues.
• 3+ years in program management, systems administration, or technical operations in construction, real estate, or project management.
• 3+ years with Procore or similar platform, including user administration and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Procore administration: provisioning, permissions, workflow settings, templates, inspection protocols, estimating tools, bidding configuration.
• Monitor integrations daily, resolve routine issues, and conduct monthly data reconciliations.
• Provide primary user support and resolve most issues within 24 business hours.
• Lead design and delivery of Procore training programs and onboarding sessions.
• Support training for strategic initiatives and enhancements with Product Manager input.
• Contribute to operational reporting with dashboards and cross-functional visibility.
• Maintain Procore SOPs and documentation, ensuring version control and AI-ready content.
• Serve as primary tester during UAT for Procore enhancements and integrations.
• Perform regular data integrity and user access audits.
