POSITION: Responsible for supplying, pricing, and ticketing products, sorting footwear, maintaining flow of goods, testing electrical/mechanical items, and assisting with loading/unloading materials.
FUNCTION: Ensure products are processed and prepared for sale, including pricing, tagging, packaging, inventory, and quality control. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards, and perform other duties as directed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform production activities, control quality and materials, organize and price items, sort and test products, and assist with shipping and seasonal storage. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and perform physical tasks as required.
RELATIONS: Coordinate with Lead Processor or Store Manager, and assist other team members.
STANDARDS FOR MEASURING PERFORMANCE: Based on standards achievement, teamwork, quality, timeliness, conduct, appearance, and responsiveness.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided. Must have good work habits, respond to supervision, and possess adequate physical endurance.
