POSITION PURPOSE
This part-time temporary role is responsible for data processing into loan system and maintaining documentation for accuracy and compliance. Perform a variety of administrative support related to closing consumer loans in the Retail branch network. Additional responsibilities include processing all mail transactions. Perform all responsibilities in accordance with agreed service standards, federal/state regulations and credit union policies and procedures. Daily work will involve cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with employees and members.
Salary rate: $19.54-$24.43 an hour depending on experience
Schedule: Up to 29 hours per week

Requirements
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Associates degree in Business or related field experience. A comparable
combination of education and experience may be considered.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Basic understanding of financial industry. Working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
SKILLS/ABILITIES: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook, PowerPoint, portal/intranet software, and ability to learn windows-based programs. Working knowledge of office equipment including but not limited to; computer, printer, scanner, copier. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and project a professional image at all times. Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to travel locally, as necessary.
