The ProcessorII will be responsible for reviewing and submitting loan requests from small business owners to underwriting; following up with customers by email and phone to ensure completion of loan packages. A key priority for the ProcessorII is to manage the administrative and logistical aspects of loan applications, ensuring they are processed efficiently. This will include collecting and organizing all necessary documentation for loan applications, while maintaining a thorough understanding of all product guidelines and documentation requirements to provide appropriate guidance for each customer. Some travel may be required.

Review and understand Lendistry credit guidelines for each program to ensure all necessary documentation is ordered timely for each loan
Prepare loan files for underwriting, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and meet program requirements at submission.
Coordinate with sales, underwriting and applicants to obtain necessary documentation and/or information for loan decisions
Utilize scripts and email templates provided as guidelines for customer communication.
Effectively utilize Salesforce to capture all customer information and activity including contact information, product need and complete assigned Tasks and Department Events where required and effectively utilize system flags for reporting and pipeline management to create outstanding customer experience throughout the lending process.
Work with underwriting and closing to ensure the loan is processed and closed efficiently.
Maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction and professionalism (e.g., tone, voice inflection, word choices).
Continue to be an active and engaged learner availing yourself of all training, meetings, management coaching, communications, and internal partnerships.
Adhere to all lending, communication, and risk management guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and operational soundness.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position. Conformance with in-office work requirements and Lendistry’s time and attendance policy is a key responsibility of the employee.

High school diploma.
Salesor customer service experience preferred.
Processing experience 1-2 years
Experienced in pipeline management
Deliver a high-quality loan package at submission to underwriting
Demonstrated proficiency in loan product knowledge and customer eligibility
Subject Matter Expert and point of contact for systems and use of proceeds.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrate active listening skills
Diligent follow-up routines.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $24 - $35 an hour.
Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
The position will also have a monthly variable compensation amount based on production.
This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting (approximately 95%), repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional standing, lifting, carrying 20lbs or less, walking, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, and reaching above the shoulder. Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
