Job summary

Lendistry is seeking a Processor II in Los Angeles to manage SBA loan processing and ensure complete, compliant documentation for 7(a), 504, and related programs. You will coordinate with borrowers, underwriters, and closer teams to assemble required materials and verify SBA eligibility.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, adherence to SOPs, and timely communication with stakeholders. Travel may be required as part of loan processing operations.

Qualifications

A key priority for the Processor II is to manage the administrative and logistical aspects of loan applications, ensuring they are processed efficiently. The base pay for this role is between $24 - $35 an hour.Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.The position will also have a monthly variable compensation amount based on production.Physical RequirementsThis is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting (approximately 95%), repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional standing, lifting, carrying 20lbs or less, walking, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, and reaching above the shoulder.
