Lendistry is seeking a Processor II to review and submit SBA loan requests from small business owners to underwriting. You will manage administrative and logistical aspects of loan applications, collect documents, and guide customers per guidelines.
Some travel may be required. In this role you will work with borrowers and internal teams to ensure complete packages and timely processing, while staying current on SBA requirements and SOP changes.

The Processor II will be responsible for reviewing and submitting loan requests from small business owners to underwriting; following up with customers by email and phone to ensure completion of loan packages. A key priority for the Processor II is to manage the administrative and logistical aspects of loan applications, ensuring they are processed efficiently. This will include collecting and organizing all necessary documentation for loan applications, while maintaining a thorough understanding of all product guidelines and documentation requirements to provide appropriate guidance for each customer. Some travel may be required.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $24 - $35 an hour. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job‑related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location. The position will also have a monthly variable compensation amount based on production.
This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting (approximately 95%), repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional standing, lifting, carrying 20lbs or less, walking, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, and reaching above the shoulder. Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
