Job summary

Reily Foods Company is hiring Processors for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts to operate processing equipment in a GMP environment, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of machine operator experience. The role involves start-up/shut-down sequencing, basic maintenance, and working with the Redzone Digital Production System.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of machine operator/production experience preferred.
• Ability to operate processing equipment, startup/shutdown sequencing, basic preventative maintenance and basic HMI skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, good time management and ability to follow rules/directions.
• Positive attitude, team player, self-leadership.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing equipment efficiently according to GMPs and safety guidelines to meet daily goals.
• Perform start-up and shut-down sequencing of processing equipment.
• Maintain product specifications, blends, recipes, and quality specs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on processing equipment.
• Utilize Digital Production System (Redzone) to track downtime and document quality checks.
• Accurately complete quality, batch data, traceability and production paperwork.
• Support product changeovers and maintain a clean, sanitary workstation.
