Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations incl. rate, ratio and percent.

Responsibilities

• Be part of Continuous Improvement efforts around the systems.
• Maintain safe work practices and participate in safety programs.
• Communicate effectively with hourly and salaried staff.
• Learn and perform routine checks such as CILs and FSILs.
• Read and follow prints, sketches, and operating instructions.
