Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. in Hermiston, OR is seeking a Co-Product Technician to safely operate and adjust equipment across processing and packaging areas.

You will monitor quality, line throughput, and waste, and drive improvement using Core 4 methods with the production teams. The role requires 1–2 years in food manufacturing, English communication skills, and the ability to alternate between qualified positions to meet plant needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in Food Manufacturing or related field.
• Ability to communicate, comprehend, and follow English instructions.
• Qualified in L2/3 Formed Product, L2/3 Co-Product Packaging, and Sanitation.
• Lock Out Tag Out on L2/3 equipment training required.

Responsibilities

• Operates Co-Product processing and packaging areas with the team.
• Follows Daily Management System standards and defect handling.
• Conducts checks per procedure and supervisor requests.
• Owns daily sanitation of the line and food-safety practices.
• Performs end-of-cycle sanitation for processing and packaging.
• Uses IPS/UPS tools for root-cause analysis on line issues.
• Participates in pillar activities to reduce losses and hit site goals.
• Performs peer handoffs on losses and unresolved issues.
