Job summary

Lamb Weston, Inc. in Hermiston, Oregon, is seeking a General Utility to support sanitation, line inspections, and rework across multiple lines.

You will perform cleaning, inspect products, and assist with end-of-cycle tasks while upholding safety and GMP standards. Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, removing defective product, participating in firewatch as needed, and maintaining a safe, clean workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must communicate and follow instructions in English (written and oral).
• Must pass practical performance and written sanitation exams.

Responsibilities

• Sanitation duties, line inspections and rework per procedures.
• Clean equipment using SOPs and high pressure hoses.
• Move and rework product from pallets; inspect for foreign material and defects.
• Perform firewatch duties as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Actively participate in Safety and GMP programs.
