Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Production Utility Trainee at the American Falls, ID plant. This full-time position supports Plant Operations with tasks across sanitation, line duties, and general utility work, providing hands-on training and opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will work under shift leadership, follow PPE and LOTO rules, and perform in-line quality checks while collaborating with multiple site teams to maintain safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• English reading/writing abilities required.
• Basic math skills needed for counts and measurements.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load, palletize, and count product accurately.
• Perform sanitation tasks per schedule and EOC requirements.
• Assist in decasing totes and handling materials and ingredients.
• Operate lift trucks safely and support other utility tasks.
• Participate in line housekeeping and reports as directed.
