Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Ability to write reports and present information clearly.
• Ability to learn and use various technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to maintain safety, food safety, operations and sanitation.
• Monitor and report operational, quality, safety issues and costs.
• Ensure GMPs and sanitary standards are followed; report issues.
• Maintain safe, healthy work environment; enforce safety policies.
• Control production costs through efficient use of ingredients and packaging.
• Coordinate maintenance, sanitation, and other services as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement via training and data analysis.
• Maintain records and prepare regular reports.
• Commitment to overtime/weekend work when required.
