Job description

Position Overview

This position will handle information regarding motor vehicle title and registration processes. Vehicle title clerks are administratively adept and organized with handling files and maintaining documents. This position is responsible for shipping all titling receipts of all new and used cars. A strong attention to detail is required. This position will also be responsible for all aspects of select clients, customer service, Shipping, Bexar County run (motor vehicle background will be required) and other duties assigned. Overtime may be required.

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate store logs for title and registration tracking.
• Ensure the company's title and registration work complies with all applicable state regulations.
• Prepare and verify necessary paperwork for submission to county tax office.
• Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Practice and promote teamwork at all times.
• Daily processing of title and registration transactions.
• Other duties as assigned by Office Manager.

Qualifications

• Detail Oriented and Organized.
• General accounting experience or working with numbers.
• Computer experience – MS EXCEL, MS WORD, RTS (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interaction skills and telephone skills.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Supportive in a team environment.
• Strong data entry experience.
