Job summary

Nutrition 101 LLC in Archdale, NC, is seeking a Processing/Production Worker to handle materials and prepare products per company standards, supporting quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the production process.

The role requires following safety procedures, operating on 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM after training), and lifting up to 75 lbs in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and steel-toe shoes are expected. Training includes safety and production guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to details.
• Must wear company-approved steel-toe shoes.
• Able to work in hot, noisy, or dusty environments.
• Able to lift 50‑75 lbs and perform physical work.
• Willing to work different shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
• Follow safety rules and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Clean containers, equipment, and work areas.

• Prepare trailers for customer return.
• Report spills, safety concerns, or other issues to a supervisor.
• Clean and sanitize totes according to procedures.
• Attend required meetings and training.
• No jewelry or visible piercings allowed while working.
