Job summary

101 Inc. in Archdale, NC, is seeking a Processing Equipment Operator/Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift. You will load, unload, move, and stack products, operate forklifts, and support inventory accuracy and safety compliance in a bustling production facility.

Responsibilities include following all company procedures, obtaining forklift certification, and collaborating with plant teams to meet production goals. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with competitive base wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required; 1–2 years in production/warehouse preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to follow cGMPs and maintain accurate records.
• Willingness to work in non-climate-controlled dairy facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and production facility.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and proper storage of materials.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, gloves).
• Collaborate with team members to support production goals and on-time order fulfillment.
