Nutrition 101 LLC in Archdale, NC, is hiring a Processing/Production Worker to de-package and prepare products following company standards. You will help maintain quality, efficiency, and safety across the production process.

The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, working in a hot/noisy environment, adhering to safety rules, and availability for varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to follow instructions and pay attention to details.
• Must wear company-approved steel-toe shoes.
• Able to work in hot, noisy, or dusty environments.
• Able to lift 50-75 lbs and perform physical work.
• Willing to work different shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
• Follow safety rules and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Follow company values and rules.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and workplace procedures.
• Arrive to work on time.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work guidelines.
• Wear required PPE, including safety shoes.
• Clean containers, equipment, and work areas.
• Unload and handle food waste products (up to 40 lbs).
• Move products to the correct storage area and dispose of packaging waste properly.
• Prepare trailers for customer return.
• Report spills, safety concerns, or other issues to a supervisor.
• Clean and sanitize totes according to procedures.
• Attend required meetings and training.
