Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Beloit, Wisconsin is hiring for a 2nd shift production role focused on seasoning operations. The position entails ensuring correct seasoning, line setup, and changeovers, with emphasis on GMP, safety, and teamwork. Base rate starts at 20.45/hr, with overtime as needed.

Hours typically run 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM, requiring good attendance and punctuality. Strong focus on quality, PLC adjustments, and equipment readiness to support production goals and total rewards starting

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs and Safety Regulations.
• Basic operation of seasoning equipment.
• Knowledge of seasoning quality standards for product integrity.
• Interpersonal and team skills across company levels.
• Effective math skills for measurements and yields.
• Basic analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Ability to become Lock-out/Tag-out certified within 3 months.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack to move pallets.
• Ability to work safely in a high temp, high humidity, noisy production area.
• Knowledge of PLC adjustments and basic line controls.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product is seasoned correctly and dosing is accurate.
• Perform line clean-ups, setups and changeovers.
• Assemble/disassemble seasoning line equipment.
• Maintain floor cleanliness as required.
• Perform lock-out/tag-out of equipment when needed.
• Make minor PLC adjustments as required.
• Fetch correct supplies from warehouse.
• Follow GMP, SOP, and Safety regulations consistently.
• Communicate with Manager/Supervisor and Maintenance on issues.
• Assist with training and information sharing with warehouse.
