Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 5-8 years in production, retail, logistics, or distribution.
• Training in ATS processing operations or HR policies.
• Experience in manufacturing, thrift, or distribution businesses.
• Past management experience including hiring and policy enforcement.
• Knowledge of work standards, capacity planning, and materials planning.
• Proven leadership with energy and initiative.
• Strong decision-making, organization, and problem-solving.
• Data-driven performance tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product flow from dock to sales floor.
• Develop and monitor workflow using CTQ metrics.
• Implement cost reduction strategies and drive results.
• Ensure compliance with policies and enforce standards.
• Maintain equipment using approved vendors.
• Hire, train, and develop team members.
• Coach and manage performance to meet production standards.
• Create an engaging environment for growth.
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and ATS processing training.
• Partner with GM to meet financial and operational goals.
• Manage production levels, inventory quality, and pricing to optimize revenue.
• Oversee budgets, P&L, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate cash deposits and transactions for accuracy.
• Build community relationships to drive donations.
