Job summary

America’s Thrift Stores in Greenville, SC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee processing and operations from dock to floor. You will lead a diverse team, drive efficiency, maintain safety, and ensure adherence to policies while upholding the ATS standard of customer service and donation accountability.

The role requires a strong leader with hands-on experience in retail logistics, employee development, and operational planning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in production, retail, logistics, or distribution.
• Experience in management including hiring, performance evaluations, and policy enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient product flow from dock to sales floor.
• Hire, train, and develop team members.
• Coach and manage performance to meet production standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Monitor workflow and improve processes using CTQ metrics.
• Partner with General Manager to meet financial and operational goals.
