Responsibilities

• Direct the actions of other crew members and communicate with supervisors and managers.
• Uphold quality, safety and sanitation standards throughout the company.
• Ensure that all required maintenance is performed or properly elevated to ensure future maintenance.
• Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient plant operations.
• Address training concerns of operations techs and leadership.
• Address equipment concerns aggressively to minimize downtime.
• Set up on coming shift for a successful run.
• Expected to perform any duties necessary to support team.
• Attend trainings when needed.
