Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years maintenance experience in a plant or manufacturing setting.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Food or beverage industry background preferred.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with PLCs and ammonia refrigeration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day maintenance team activities and coordinates with Plant Manager.
• Maintains equipment to minimize downtime and supports safety and quality programs.
• Develops and implements maintenance plans and project work orders.
• Plans inventories, parts orders, and vendor communications to control costs.
• Schedules maintenance projects and assigns personnel to tasks.
• Supports SQF compliance by maintaining sanitary work areas.
• Provides guidance and backup in leadership within the maintenance department.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Plant Manager.
