Job summary

Norfolk Iron & Metal is seeking a motivated Assistant Supervisor to lead our night shift processing team. This role works with the Supervisor to support employees, drive productivity, maintain quality, and foster a safe, positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. This on-site role operates on a night shift schedule and includes opportunities for growth within the leadership track.

Qualifications
