Eis group usa in Bend, Oregon seeks a highly organized Processing Archivist for a full-time contract. You will manage archival materials, prepare finding aids, and ensure access to both physical and digital records.

The role requires a Bachelor's in archival studies or related field, 2–3 years experience, strong metadata skills, and meticulous documentation. Remote or hybrid options may be available depending on collection access and organizational policy.

• Receive and organize archival materials and institutional records.

• Support digitization and verify digital records.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation responsibilities.
• Collaborate with library staff and researchers to fulfill access requests.
