Job summary

Attindas Hygiene Partners in Greenville, NC seeks a Process Technician to own asset performance and maintain process settings affecting product quality. You will review reports, audits, and defect data to ensure equipment meets targets, while training teammates and developing SOPs.

Qualified candidates will have MT3 entry skills, an AA degree or technical certification, and ability to lead teams, document processes, and read precision measuring instruments on a fast-paced line.

Qualifications

• MT3 entry skills demonstrated.
• AA Degree, Technical Certification and/or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to train team members on all machine platforms for assigned lines.
• Ability to document processes and develop training materials.
• Work effectively with teams and individuals.
• Must be able to properly use and read measuring instruments required for line set-up and quality testing.
• Ability to lead and direct teams within the perimeters set by the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Own the asset and ensure process settings affecting product quality are maintained.
• Review daily reports, process control audits, splice reject audits, quality defect reports, RIP, and other data.
• Assist in assuring manufacturing equipment meets performance goals.
• Train team members through on-the-job training (OJT).
• Develop supporting documentation to skill assessments and one-point lessons.
