You will review daily data, train team members, and develop training materials to enhance line skills. The role requires MT3 entry skills and an AA degree or equivalent.

Formación

• Demonstrated MT3 entry skills.
• AA degree, technical certification, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to train team on all machine platforms.
• Ability to document processes and develop training materials.
• Ability to work effectively with teams and individuals.
• Must read and use measuring instruments for setup and testing.
• Ability to lead and direct teams per leadership guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review daily reports, process control audits, and quality defect data.
• Maintain process settings to ensure product quality and performance.
• Train team members via on‑the‑job training and develop materials.
• Create documentation to support skill assessments and lessons.
• Support leadership in coordinating line activities and shifts.
