Job summary

Attindas Hygiene Partners in Greenville, NC is seeking a Process Technician who owns the asset and ensures process settings deliver the required product quality and performance. You will monitor and adjust controls to meet quality targets and assist in sustaining equipment performance.

You will review daily reports, quality defects, RIP, and train team members through on-the-job training, creating supporting documentation and one-point lessons as needed.

Qualifications

• MT3 Entry skills required.
• AA Degree, Technical Certification and/or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to train team members on all machine platforms for assigned lines.
• Ability to document processes and develop training materials.
• Work effectively with teams and individuals.
• Must be able to properly use and read measuring instruments required for line set-up and quality testing.
• Ability to lead and direct teams within the perimeters set by the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Owns asset process settings to ensure product quality and performance.
• Reviews daily reports, process control audits, RIP, quality defect reports to assure equipment performance.
• Trains team members through OJT and develops supporting documentation to skill assessments and one-point lessons.
