Job summary

IFA North America LLC is seeking a Process Technician to provide frontline technical support in our Sum merville, SC production area. You will help maintain uptime, support standardized processes, troubleshoot routine production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

You will assist with TPM execution, basic repairs, and setup verifications, while ensuring safe, organized work areas and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

2+ years in manufacturing, setup, technical operator, maintenance support, or process troubleshooting.
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
Ability to read technical documentation and follow standard work instructions.
Basic computer skills.
Strong organizational, communication, and training abilities.
Understanding of KPIs like downtime, scrap, cycle time, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline equipment and process support to maintain uptime and stability.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment/process interruptions; assist with adjustments and repairs.
Support TPM activities, preventive inspections, lubrication, and basic maintenance tasks.
Coordinate changeovers and verify tooling, programs, recipes, and setup parameters.
Train operators on standardized work and troubleshooting basics; assist onboarding.
