Qualifications

• Must have technical knowledge of basic mechanics using hand tools and shop equipment.
• Ability to logically troubleshoot high-speed converting equipment and read blueprints.
• Willingness to meet all training requirements as outlined in the skills matrix and job classification training plan.

Responsibilities

• Review mechanical reliability and identify improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues across multiple lines and support equipment.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Perform daily mechanical audits.
• Document changes to single lines per control standards.
• Provide design input for equipment upgrades and project support.
• Assist with maintenance days, changeovers, and preventive maintenance.
