Job summary

Flexcraft is seeking an experienced Process Technician to operate and maintain plastics molding equipment at our Fort Worth facility. The role includes setup, startup, and process adjustments on injection and blow molding machines, with a 12‑hour rotating schedule (2‑2‑3) and a $3/hr night differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in GMP/ISO/Lean/5S environments in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers).
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support injection molding and blow molding machines.
• Perform mold changes, startups, and process adjustments.
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and auxiliary systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance and basic equipment upkeep.
• Work closely with Quality to resolve issues and verify specifications.
• Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, scales).
• Complete setup, production and maintenance documentation accurately.
• Maintain clean, safe, and audit‑ready work areas.
• Support and mentor less‑experienced team members.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED

• Familiarity with IQMS or similar manufacturing systems
