Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing (plastics preferred)
• Ability to perform setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting independently
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Detail-oriented and safety-focused
• Ownership of machines and output

Responsibilities

• Monitor machines and keep production running efficiently
• Perform mold changes, startups, and process adjustments
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and process issues
• Catch problems early and correct them
• Work with Quality to verify product specs
• Complete documentation and maintain clean, organized work areas
