Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking an onsite Processing Machine Operator for its Pennsylvania recycling operation. This role reports to Production Supervisor and follows a Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm schedule.

You will operate shredders and grinders, assist with compounding equipment, and support extrusion processes while maintaining a strong safety culture. The position offers growth through a tier advancement program and benefits, with eligibility for overtime and a potential $2.00 per

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate large precision shop machinery.
• Strong problem solving and process improvement aptitude.
• Ability to articulate problems and solutions with urgency and professionalism.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Identify and label different types of material properly.
• Operate shredders, grinders, and compounding equipment.
• Sort materials for extrusion processes and ensure safety.
• Adjust temperatures and machine settings to maintain quality.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintain a safe work area.
• Operate forklift and comply with OSHA safety practices.
• Support team and adapt to process improvements.
