Job summary

Honda Motor Co., Ltd. is seeking a manufacturing-focused professional for the Haw River, NC plant to support New Model or Business Plan project activities.

This role emphasizes strategy, planning, and execution to meet SEQDCM targets across safety, environment, quality, delivery, cost, and morale. Responsibilities include improving processes, implementing new technologies, evaluating resources, and leading MOST-time studies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience in an OEM environment.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, MOST time studies, and PDDA data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to achieve plant targets and improve manufacturing characteristics.
• Implement new technologies to drive continuous process improvements.
• Evaluate production capabilities and forecast future needs.
• Analyze workflows, layouts, and production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput.
• Perform MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Technique) time studies and support countermeasures.
• Collaborate with teams and suppliers on technical project aspects.
