  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to read blueprints/drawings.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A.S. or B.S. in a technical field.
  • Lean Fundamentals or Six Sigma certification.
  • Strong organization and time management.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot process and equipment issues.
  • Support process improvement, cost reduction, and yield improvement projects.
  • Collect and analyze manufacturing and customer data.
  • Support equipment testing, installation, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Partner with engineers on new processes, equipment, and projects.
  • Promote safety and compliance with equipment and environmental standards.
  • Provide project timelines, resources, and technical documentation.
  • Lead or direct trades and contract personnel as needed.
