Key Responsibilities
  • Daily maintenance and improvement of the process in the workshop, investigation, and resolution of on‑site abnormalities
  • Standardized operation, monitoring the implementation
  • Assistance to the supervisor in new employees’ training
  • Monitor and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning
  • Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for process improvement
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimization
  • Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, changes, and results
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Adhere to all American Panel Solutions and OSHA rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds
  • Meet or exceed company safety standards
  • Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree; Technical or Vocational training or relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • Basic knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Proven experience as a Process Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment operation
  • Familiarity with quality control principles and practices
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Physical Requirements
  • Requires prolonged standing, walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
  • Medium Work‑Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds or force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees/visitors as well as function safely around equipment
  • Must be able to perform all job functions which include, but may not be limited to, pushing, turning, and/or pulling of controls
Additional Requirements
  • Continuous exposure to extreme heat, extreme cold, and extreme noise
  • Must wear protective equipment while at the location
  • After hours, weekends or holiday overtime may be required

The range for this position is $58,207.00 - $80,035.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
