Job summary

DiversiTech Corporation is seeking a Process Technician II to act as a process SME for a specific department. You will safely monitor, maintain, and optimize production processes to ensure high-quality output and regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on ability with automation and injection molding, strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or recycle center.
• Experience with electrical repairs and general maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and math skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor production machine parameters.
• Perform start-of-shift configurations and quality checks.
• Maintain required quality standards throughout the shift.
• Load raw materials onto conveyors to produce plastic pellets.
• Prevent contamination by differentiating materials (paper/polyester).
• Perform electrical tasks and minor repairs as necessary.
• Conduct routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on frontline machinery.
• Carry out final quality checks on all products.
• Keep SOPs and dimensional checks up to date.
• Monitor equipment for wear, faults and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production equipment to ensure smooth operation.
