Triton Environmental Consultants, Ltd. is seeking a Process Technician II to serve as a process SME for a specific process/department.

The role focuses on safely monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing production processes to ensure high-quality, compliant outputs. You will verify adherence to work instructions, machine parameters, and engineering guidance while reporting breakdowns and making parameter-adjustments within defined tolerances.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or recycle center.
• Experience in electrical repairs and general maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and math skills.
• Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume work environment.
• Proactive self-starter with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors production machine parameters and start-of-shift configurations.
• Performs quality checks and maintains required quality standards.
• Feeds raw materials and ensures material differentiation to prevent contamination.
• Performs electrical component replacements and minor repairs as needed.
• Conducts routine maintenance and mechanical repairs before involving maintenance team.
• Performs final quality checks on all products.
• Maintains SOPs and dimensional checks for products and processes.
• Checks equipment for wear, faults, or issues affecting production.
• Troubleshoots and inspects production equipment for efficient operation.
• Manages machine materials/parts to ensure continuous production.
• Identifies machine faults and production rate discrepancies.
• Collaborates with planning for mold changes in injection molding processes.
• Oversees mold changeovers and monitors cycle times set by Engineering.
