Responsibilities

• Minimize waste and prevent pollution in the manufacturing process.
• Analyze causes of minor problems on molding machines and implement fixes.
• Install and adjust water hoses, shielding, and auxiliary equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot material loading system and understand machine gauges, timers, and controls.
• Perform daily machine checks and material checks; monitor for downtime and efficiency.
• Coordinate with supervisor and technicians; report issues promptly.
• Conduct color changes to minimize downtime and ensure quality.
• Operate walk-behind lifts and maintain clean, safe work environment.
