Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Plastics manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Basic math and measurement skills, including rulers, calipers, micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and own production machines to ensure performance, quality, and productivity.
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, and process adjustments per procedures.
• Make minor repairs and adjustments to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow GMP, SQF, and quality standards.
• Document production, maintenance, and quality records accurately and on time.
